It was important to get wheelchair accessible room with the jacuzzi and that went well. The great and fantastic location was near Home Army Museum.

Had a wonderful stay here. Located in the very new zone, it was a brilliant place for celebrating anniversary. The location was great and fantastic and the staff members were nice. Tried some takeout specials at Burger King, luckily it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.

Had 3 nights in Krakow, spending my time here lovely. The staff were nice, very kind and helped me with free parking. The location was particularly good and amazing for traveling around Krakow, next to old town, the taxi and city center.

Had an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and a microwave in my deluxe apartment. City view was an unexpected bonus. The location was particularly good, really close to the old town, the city center, and Blossom, and the free parking was an excellent bonus. Plus, Galeria Figur Stalowych was close by.

The room was exceptionally clean and with the jacuzzi, had everything I needed. A dishwasher, coffee & tea makers, and fridges were available in the kitchen. The location was amazing, in a gated area, in the very new area.

During our recent stay, I had the pleasure of experiencing the Jacuzzi Spa Prestige in Krakow. The apartment was lovely and offered a spacious and comfortable environment. Although our stay was enjoyable, there were a few minor inconveniences that should be noted. locating the apartment proved to be a bit challenging, with some confusion and difficulty finding the correct place.

We absolutely loved the hot tub and sauna - they were absolutely brilliant! the apartment was cozy and elegant, with a comfortable bed and couch for sleeping. the kitchen had all the amenities we needed, and the bathroom was spacious with a fantastic bath. the host made sure we had everything we needed and the instructions provided before arrival were easy to follow. the property was kept clean and well-maintained. it was a fantastic experience.
